Returns & Exchanges

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse will not be accepted

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear pictures of the product
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items requested after the return period

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of out-of-stock or unavailable replacement
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
